Nick specializes in providing tax planning & compliance, succession planning, merger & acquisition support, and outsourced CFO & accounting solutions to a wide range of businesses and individuals. His creative and down-to-earth approach helps him assist businesses at all stages – from high-growth start-ups to companies expanding across state lines, and to those preparing for transition to new ownership or the next generation.
In addition to closely held businesses, Nick serves companies owned by or being acquired by private equity. He advises clients in the e-commerce, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and facilities maintenance sectors, with a strong focus on real estate and blue-collar businesses. Nick works with clients operating in all 50 states, with a particular focus on those located in West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland.
In addition to his client responsibilities, Nick is a member of SEK’s Emerging Professionals Committee and Agricultural Services Team. In 2024, he was awarded the Merit Award for receiving the highest combined score in the state of West Virginia on the CPA exam.
