Nick specializes in providing tax planning & compliance, succession planning, merger & acquisition support, and outsourced CFO & accounting solutions. His creative and down-to-earth approach helps him assist businesses at all stages – from high-growth start-ups to companies expanding across state lines, and to those preparing for transition to new ownership or the next generation.

As a member of SEK’s Agricultural Services Team, Nick advises clients in the agriculture sector as well as e-commerce, manufacturing, construction, and facilities maintenance, with a strong focus on real estate and blue-collar businesses. In addition to closely held businesses, he works with companies owned by or being acquired by private equity. He serves business and individual clients nationwide, with a strong concentration in West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Nick is a member of SEK’s Emerging Professionals Committee. In 2024, he was presented with the Merit Award for receiving the highest combined score on the CPA exam in the state of West Virginia.
