As part of the firm’s Accounting, Consulting & Tax Services Department, Daryl works with closely-held businesses and individuals in the areas of tax planning and compliance, financial statement preparation, and business advisory. He works with clients in a variety of industries, specializing in construction, real estate, and manufacturing.
In 2016, Daryl relocated from the Hanover office to the firm’s newest location in Downtown York to focus on building and fostering business relationships in that market.
Daryl serves on the firm’s Practice Development Committee and Tax Committee. He also developed an Emerging Professionals Committee in 2018, which now has more than 50 members throughout the firm, and served as Chair for four years.
Daryl was named a Forty Under 40 honoree in 2023 by Central Penn Business Journal for his professional accomplishments, community service, and commitment to inspiring change.

Spending time with my family, which includes a lot of hyperactive dancing to Disney music with my son and daughter; playing golf and flag football; staying active

Helping people, from the entrepreneurs to the retirees and everything in between. Being viewed as a trusted advisor to my clients is what motivates me daily.
