As a lead member of the firm’s Business Valuation Team, David performs thorough, quality valuations for a variety of purposes, including:
- Buying and selling a business
- Succession planning
- Establishment of buy/sell agreements between partners
- Federal estate taxation and planning
- Personal goodwill analysis
- Commercial loan underwriting for Conventional Lending and Small Business Administration (SBA)
- Transaction Advisory
- Reasonable Compensation Analysis Reporting
David gained valuation knowledge through years of study and practical experience. He has earned the Certified Valuation Analyst credential, which is granted only to qualified, experienced individuals after completing an intensive training and testing process.
In addition to valuations, David provides tax, accounting, and consulting services. He has 14 years of experience in audit, taxation, and valuation.
David was named a 40 Under Forty honoree by the NACVA in 2020. In addition to his client responsibilities, he serves as a member of the firm's Practice Development Committee.
