SEK, CPAs & Advisors was voted the winner of the Best Tax Preparation Services category in Herald Mail Media’s 2026 Tri State’s Best Community’s Choice Awards. The firm was also named a finalist for Best Accounting Firm, and Kelli Cobb, CPA, MBA, Member of the Firm, was named a finalist for Best Accountant.
The annual awards program invites community members to nominate and vote for their favorite local businesses and professionals.
These honors build on SEK’s recognition in previous years. The firm won Best Accounting Firm in 2022, 2023, and 2024. SEK professionals have also earned seven Best Accountant awards, including Kelli Cobb in 2024, Bill Fritts in 2017, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023, and Hillary Pangborn in 2021.
Kelli joined SEK in 2004 and co-leads the firm’s Tax & Accounting Services Department. She has more than 20 years of experience providing accounting, consulting, and tax services to small businesses and individual clients. Kelli is active in the community, serving as Treasurer for Leadership Washington County, leader of the Finance Committee for Hospice of Washington County, and a Board Member for Gilchrist and Girls Inc. of Washington County.
