SEK&Co Announces Supervisor Promotions

Smith Elliott Kearns & Company, LLC is pleased to announce the following promotions, effective January 1, 2018.

Carlisle, PA Office:

Laura M. Garner promoted to Support Accountant Supervisor: Laura provides payroll and bookkeeping services to clients. She had several years of experience in bookkeeping for a construction business before joining the firm in 2012.


Evan M. Wabrick, CPA, MBA, promoted to Supervisor: Evan primarily works with medical practices, construction, manufacturing, retail and distribution, real estate, and individual clients. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, major in accounting, and a master’s degree in business administration from Shippensburg University.



Hagerstown, MD Office:

Charli E. Heilmann, CPA, promoted to Supervisor: Charli provides audit and other attestation services to clients in a variety of industries, including broker-dealers, investment advisors, local governments and nonprofits. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Shepherd University.


Hanover, PA Office:

David A. Myers promoted to Supervisor: Dave provides accounting and tax services to a variety of small to medium sized business clients, focusing on corporate tax preparation and planning. He also manages the not-for-profit tax filings for the Hanover office. Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from York College of Pennsylvania.
