With more than 20 years of experience, Kevin has dedicated his professional career to the local governmental industry and specializes in that area. He has a thorough understanding of the technical standards, procedures, and practices unique to Pennsylvania and Maryland governments and currently serves approximately 60 local government audits. Several of these entities receive federal funding annually.

Kevin serves as the Member-in-Charge of SEK’s Chambersburg office. He is an instructor for the firm’s in-house training programs on governmental accounting and a member of SEK’s Accounting & Auditing Committee. In addition, Kevin has been invited to speak at numerous external events on topics such as:

  • Implementation of new GASB standards
  • Uniform Grant Guidance
  • Fraud avoidance
  • Internal controls
  • Key areas related to audits
