Nat co-leads the firm’s Tax & Accounting Services Department, helping guide departmental strategy, support team development, and maintain high standards of client service.
Nat joined SEK in 2004 and has been a Member of the Firm since 2018. With more than 20 years of experience and a Master of Science in Taxation, Nat advises closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals on complex federal income tax compliance and planning matters. His areas of specialization include entity selection and structuring for new businesses, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership and corporate tax returns.
Nat works with clients across a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, and professional services. He develops strategies to minimize federal, state, and local tax liabilities and evaluates the tax implications of transactions and other significant business decisions.
As the firm’s Director of Tax Services, Nat consults on a wide range of complex tax engagements. He also chairs the Tax Committee, which helps shape the overall direction and management of the firm’s tax practice, and serves on SEK’s Management Committee.
