Will brings 15 years of experience providing audit and business advisory services to organizations across a wide range of industries, with a primary focus on nonprofits, professional services, and manufacturing & distribution. He also has significant experience working with emerging and middle-market government contractors.
Clients value Will’s ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions. He is well-versed in U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and compliance regulations under Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200). His additional areas of expertise include accounting for income taxes, mergers & acquisitions, employee benefit plan audits, as well as federal compliance audits and reporting.
Prior to joining SEK in 2025, Will served as a Director at a national accounting firm for more than 13 years, where he managed audit engagements and headed the Audit Data Analytics initiative for the government contracting group. This effort focused on enhancing audit quality and efficiency through innovative data analysis tools. He is passionate about fostering a culture of flexibility and inclusivity, while aligning client service and growth opportunities with firm goals, business objectives, and core values.
