Bonnie has spent time diving into processes to track donations and affect our audit processes so that she can improve the entries that are made to our system throughout the year in preparation for year end. She’s had to learn our donation tracking system and reports to some extent, and she’s untangled some system pieces that I know are difficult to follow.
