Daryl has 13 years of experience working with closely held businesses and individuals on tax planning and compliance, financial statement preparation, and consulting. He supports clients across a range of industries, with a focus in construction and real estate. As the firm’s Director of Business Valuation & Advisory, Daryl specializes in business valuations, particularly for estate planning, buy-sell agreements, business acquisitions, and debt and equity financing, providing strategic insights to help clients make informed financial decisions. He has earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential, which is awarded to qualified professionals with business valuation experience who have completed a rigorous training and examination process.
In 2016, Daryl relocated from the Hanover office to the firm’s Downtown York location, where he has focused on strengthening relationships and expanding the firm’s presence in the York market. He provides local leadership as Member-in-Charge of the York office and serves on the firm’s Tax Committee.
Daryl developed the Emerging Professionals Committee in 2018, which has grown to more than 50 members across the firm, and he served as Chair for four years.
Daryl has been named a 2024 Young Leader Award winner by the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs (PICPA) for his commitment to the accounting profession through PICPA activities and community service. He was also named a Forty Under 40 honoree in 2023 by Central Penn Business Journal for his professional accomplishments, community service, and commitment to inspiring change.
