Cindy Carothers, CPA, Manager at SEK, CPAs & Advisors has been voted Winner of The Sentinel’s 2026 Best of Cumberland County Awards in the Best CPA/Accountant category for the second consecutive year.
In the newspaper’s annual Best of Cumberland County Awards, readers nominate and vote for their favorite local businesses and business professionals.
These accolades continue SEK’s strong recognition in the awards over recent years. The firm was also recognized as a Favorite in the Best Accounting Firm category for 2026. In addition to Cindy’s Best CPA/Accountant wins in 2025 and 2026, Manager John Stoner was recognized as a Favorite CPA/Accountant in 2025. Former Member of the Firm Joel Flinchbaugh earned the Best CPA/Accountant title in 2024, while Member of the Firm Greg Hall was recognized as a Favorite CPA/Accountant in both 2022 and 2023.
Cindy joined SEK in 2016 and has over three decades of experience. She specializes in delivering personalized services to small businesses and individuals, with deep expertise in QuickBooks consulting. Cindy orchestrates the Carlisle office’s weekly Accounting Services Department meetings and oversees the seamless flow of related communications across offices.
