In addition, the Emerging Professionals group started at SEK has become a place that helps the young professionals at SEK learn, network, and creates a forum for new ideas. SEK allows me the opportunity to balance my work life and personal life in a unique way. After working several years in the office, my personal life was going to take me out of the area. SEK gave me the privilege to continue to serve our clients while working remotely. The company encourages personal and professional growth and truly cares about the staff. They understand that everyone’s situation is different and values the goals and achievements of each individual staff member.
